These last two weeks we have been working in my Digital Media class to produce a website. It has all of our major projects we worked on for the semester including a little more about me as an artist.
The process of me laying everything out so that it made sense and flowed together on the web page was a bit trying, but I had fun doing it. The weirdest part for me was writing about myself in third person, talking about my accomplishments and highlighting who I am as a person. It's hard when you're first starting off to make yourself sound like you've accomplished so much, when you've got so much farther to go. I had to remember that everyone starts somewhere and things I wouldn't think are really accomplishments to me, really are accomplishments and I should be proud of them.
I had a really great time making this website, and I know I will continue to use it as my portfolio expands.
